ADOPTED--Shelby is a sweet Heeler mix that was rescued from a local kill shelter. She is approximately 2yo, weighs 37 pounds, and is house trained. Shelby learns commands quickly and she has a great memory (she knows the basic commands: sit, come, down; and she has picked up a few cute tricks such as shake and crawl). Shelby has a big toybox and she loves playing with all of her toys (especially the squeaky ones!). She loves to play, but when it\'s time to rest she is all about snuggling! Shelby has free reign of the house and has not been kept in a crate at her foster home. Shelby is currently living with 3 other dogs (one female and two males) and she gets along with all of them. She is kept in a yard during the day and she does not dig. She has been exposed to cats, and while not aggressive with them, she\'s not excited about them either. She has not had very much exposure to children. Shelby is a bit intimidated by strangers, but after a couple of hours she usually warms up to just about anyone.
