ADOPTED--Spencer is a pb Beagle that was recently rescued from a city-run shelter. He is a very loving dog that is warming up in the surroundings of his new foster home that he shares with a Belgian Shepherd. Please don?t let this photo fool you as it was taken in the shelter and he was petrified rightly so. Spencer is approx 1-2 years old, weighs 25 lbs and is full-grown.
